These terms apply to your use of Meridian Models, run by Meridian Models (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who can use Meridian Models

You must be at least 18. By registering you confirm that you are, and that the details you give are true. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

2. What Meridian Models is

Meridian Models is a platform that lets models, agencies and brands find each other and share information about work. Unless we say otherwise in writing, we are not a party to any booking: any agreement about work, pay, usage or travel is between the model and the client. We do not employ models and we are not their agent.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photographs, text and other material you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, resize and distribute it on Meridian Models and in material that promotes Meridian Models, for as long as it remains on the site. You confirm you have the right to give that licence, including permission from anyone identifiable in your content and from the photographer where needed.

4. Acceptable use

You will not: post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or sexually explicit; post or request anything involving a person under 18; impersonate anyone; ask talent to pay to be considered for work; scrape or copy the site’s data in bulk; or interfere with how the site works. We may remove content and restrict or close accounts that break these terms.

5. Castings and bookings

Castings are posted by third parties. We do not guarantee that a casting is genuine, that a client will pay, or that work will go ahead. Read our safety guide before you accept work, and agree terms in writing with the client.

6. Fees

Where a plan or service has a price, the price and billing period are shown before you pay. Taxes may be added where required. Cancellation and refund rights are as shown at checkout and as the law of your country gives you.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Meridian Models running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

8. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings made between users, from content posted by users, or from indirect or consequential loss.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Meridian Models at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Meridian Models is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live still apply to you.
